Washington State Parks (Seashore Conservation Area): the rule in full

On the ocean beaches of the Seashore Conservation Area you may let pets off-leash if you have good control of them; don't let them chase birds or wildlife, and keep 100 yards from seals. Inside state parks, pets need a leash of 8 feet or less, and pets are never allowed on designated swim beaches. Local pet rules may also apply.
