In summer dogs are allowed only from 7pm to sunset. Leash at all times.

Borough of Stone Harbor: the rule in full

From the Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day, dogs are allowed on the beach only from 7pm to sunset. From the day after Labor Day through the Thursday before Memorial Day they are allowed at any time. Dogs must always be leashed. No dogs or other pets at Stone Harbor Point at any time.
