Bluff Point State Park: dogs on trails

Connecticut allows leashed pets in most state parks and forests, but not in buildings, swimming areas or state park campgrounds. At Bluff Point: park grounds, yes, on a leash. The beach: no pets from April 1 to September 1; on a leash from September 2 to March 31.
