OC Parks: dogs on beaches

Capistrano Beach: no dogs on the beach 9am to 6pm from June 15 to September 10, and never off-leash. Salt Creek Beach: no dogs on the beach; leashed dogs (6-foot leash) on paved walkways and in Bluff Park. Dana Point Harbor (Baby Beach): no dogs on the sand; leashed dogs on the grass.
