Beacon Rock State Park: dogs on trails

Columbia River Gorge, Washington

Dogs are allowed on a leash of 8 feet or less (Washington state park rule WAC 352-32-060), but not on designated swimming beaches, in natural area preserves or in public buildings. The Beacon Rock Trail closes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from October 1, 2026 to the end of May 2027 while its decking is replaced.
