Off-leash dogs allowed 7am to 7pm, from May 1 to October 31. Off-leash dogs allowed 7am to 5pm, from November 1 to April 30. No dogs the rest of the time

Miami-Dade Parks: the rule in full

At Haulover Park, dogs may use the designated beach area between lifeguard towers #2 and #3, daily from sunrise to sunset. Dogs must be leashed everywhere except inside that area.
